Sprite Works 2

I was thinking about getting this, downloaded the trial version and it will not load stating it is missing a spriteworks DLL or Direct X. I know that I have the current vesrsion on direct X installed, so it would seem that it is an issue with sprite works 2, I am also mentioning that I am running Windows 7, so I do not know if that is the issue.
