Because i personally wouldn't try this with out at least a few screenshots or some really good game overviews.
What reason is there to become a fan for? Just a promise?
People becomes fans of games long before becoming fans of companies.
But good luck with your games and company.

Don't want to sound too harsh but it sounds like you want to build a community around nothing?Because i personally wouldn't try this with out at least a few screenshots or some really good game overviews.

Edward. I'm not asking people to like my page, I only ask to support & if people don't that is really fine with me.

I don't think that's what edward was asking (correct me if I'm wrong). He wants to know why we should be a fan. Give us a list of reasons.
Personally, I wouldn't have tried posting this topic on an indie developer forum without a demo. Heck even some screenshots and a paragraph or two of the object of the game.
Also, I found out over the years that it's hard to convince people, developers or otherwise, to be a fan without some sort of a product to go by.

Second, could someone explain to me what a casual game is? Because going by my Facebook friends, farmville is not at all a casual game, it is a core game experience played by people on Facebook and tend to be... Women.
Which I have to say, if you are a Man and spend more than 1/12 of an hour a day on Facebook (see what I did there? and i mean average), I am revoking your man creds right now.
Also, forget screen shots, show us some bull shots of your game, a working title, and a preliminary mode of game play.
Finally, I don't know why I am saying this, but my hoochee mama neighbor lady is getting laid right now as I type this and it is crazy annoying.
Im bi-polar (whoo hoo differential, I am a danger to myself and others! I cant buy guns!) and off my meds, and flying high on mania right now, so please forgive my meandering of topics.

I would like to say the last Indy game I purchased had me at "Space Pirates and Zombies" Then getting the game, and watching it launch got me over here in this community.Second, could someone explain to me what a casual game is? Is it normal for users here on this community of garagegames to be rude & harsh to members?
#8
@xzalion Nobody here, as far as I know, has been rude or harsh to you. You want us to be a fan but you fail to provide any reason. All we are saying is to post some information on what the game is about, at the least.

If I was being harsh I would point out that you almost certainly have a registered tradmark issue with your company name
http://www.tmz.com/2010/02/09/twilight-lawsuit-copyright-trademark-infringement-documentary-summit-entertainment-topics-entertainment/
And the people you are infringing upon seem to be the type of people who sue the asses off people like you.
However, IANAL
@John Colgrove
Whats worse is I am totally into her (only in the carnal sense )but I wound up in the Friend Zone... Apparently because I helped her park her car in the garage last winter...
And really, it only went on for like 10 minutes, AND IM IN THE FRIEND ZONE????

If I get warn about this or whatever, then I have to close the start up. Just have to see!

If that is the case! I will speak to my lawyer then. Registering for an trademark will take up to 3 years, reasons why it's to check for similarity I think. If I get warn about this or whatever, then I have to close the start up. Just have to see!

At end it was my choice & laid of the process, just to be save although he assured me I'm save if I was to continue with it.

I spoke to my lawyer, he says I should understand that it's two different fields of entertainment, technically it won't do hard if I use it.At end it was my choice & laid of the process, just to be save although he assured me I'm save if I was to continue with it.

XZALION GAMES LLC
because I don't think your game company name matters that much in the long run until you have a reputation. Like Bioware, or Blizzard... or (heresy on this board) Unreal.
Also, before you start your game, just fire up Photoshop and make some bullshots of what you want your game to look like.
Ive seen some really cude design documents, even one where the guy had just taken his friends and a video camera and they played out what the sprites would do on the screen.
I made models for a game where the guy had taken Adobe illustrator and drew the characters with rectangles for the bodies, and ovals for the head. (hmm never paid me, I should bug him about that)
I'd put what you name the enterprise way down on the bottom of your todo list. It shows humility, and in this business humility is the way to go. No one wants a sellout/beligerent game designer/artist/programmer on their team. Everyones game designs/art/code are better than yours(you don't have to feel that way, just act it, with sincerity, way to much sarcasm in the world today).
That way you won't get shot down as happened in this thread.
