Importing items from Sketchup

(a minor bug, but is it really a bug, or am I doing something wrong?)
It doesn't ammend to the material's list file, but rather replaces it...
2 seperate structures, both exported to different locations in the game art folder, only 1 materials.cs was generated, and the textures got robbed and replaced, and when I go into the meterial editor, it replaces the texture on the other structure as well...

The issue will be in making the furnature, and additional buildings with sketchup to place in my game, if the meterial listings can't be corrected.
Might be something I have overlooked in the Level Editor settings
