Do you have a website or an email ?
..usually there's a bunch of people who want to work with others and not having an email or website makes that tough to do.

Also a detailed description of the game and what you bring to the team. Other team members etc.

Not to mention there is a separate forum area for this.

Also it doesn't sound like your really "hiring".

You definitely need to provide more information. Something obvious that currently detracts from the "seriousness" of your request would be to use punctuation, spelling, and grammar in a professional manner.

If he was serious about paying money, and actually be worth someones time, he would have listed a website, more details, a email, and concept.

http://neweragaming.co.cc its currently being constructed and my current budget is only around 10k so will pay as much as possible new.era.gaming.nr@gmail.com I am making a realistic FPS based on real world physics. Pretty much i am looking for a team before i get to far into it so we can all have a part in the design process so it truly would be our game no one person getting full credit

@Nathan: I'd throw a quick and pretty WordPress template up to cover the development period rather than try to spend valuable time making an older style HTML site (but that's just me), as it allows you to update much faster and easier.

Also, if you're looking for a contract designer/programmer, fire me an email at Ted - at - DigitalFlux [ dot ] com, and we can talk more about what DigitalFlux Entertainment, LLC can do for your project.
