I have no idea where this should go...
I purchased this product last night, along with another product, and did not get a product key for it, but did get one for the other program...Fallowed the download and still wound up with a 7 day trial version...

I have just sent your key in an email with the address linked to your GG account page. Not kidding, just now, got home and this is the first thread I went to once I sat down at my desk.
My public apology for not getting your key out as quickly as normally happens. Our DRM system never got synced with the previous "Torque Powered" version of Garage Games[although I think perhaps possible], so for each purchase of DSQTweaker[still/forever more...??], an email is sent to our office account; which I check several times a day. I then go through the process to generate your key, link it to your account with us and email out the result.
However[and this is where the apology springs from]; I've been working Intel's IDF convention in San Francisco and it has absorbed all of the last 7 days in a row! Those in irc have probably noticed my non-presence, lol...
Kidz, the tech I saw there was amazing, a nice by-product of my 'day job'....;).
Thank you, Airianna for your support of Brokeass Games. Let me know if you need any assistance with 'DSQT'. Keep on Devin'!!
NB: Thanks, Chris!

Thankies Rex hun, I just got around to being able to check my emails... and found it had landed in my X's email instead of mine... LOL oh wells, I still got it. I will have to figure it out, looks like some sort of animator program. I have played with some in the past, and if it's like the others, I should have my avi's dancing in no time *giggles*

It's main purpose is to quickly 'tweak' DSQ files for Ground Transforms, Triggers, and FPS.
It helps speed up the production schedule by removing the need to find the original artist who exported the DSQ.....;)!

DSWQTweaker is a DSQ editor. You open a DSQ directly to see it's data and edit it, you cannot create keyframes that were not in the original file. It's main purpose is to quickly 'tweak' DSQ files for Ground Transforms, Triggers, and FPS.

I also suffer from the lack of a product key. have received the GarageGames confirmation email regarding the purchase as well as a transaction record from support@innovativegateway.com .. but alas no product code.
Woe is me.
I remain .. unLaunched.

Your email arrived at 12:41pm here on the West Coast[California], and I just now got home from the final daze of Intel's IDF `11[5:25pm]...pant, pant....and I got your key out just now. If you're an 'all nighter' on the web...you should get it in moments. If not; you'll see it in the morning.
...and I don't know who 'supportATinnovativegatewayDOTcom' is..or why/how they sent you a 'transaction record'?? I got ya covered though...!!
Thanks everybody! And again; the way the system is currently setup, I get an email from GG, noting your transaction number and then I set about the key generation process...so it may take a short bit between purchase and key receiving. Thanks for your patience on this matter!

I got a code .. but when I enter it .. a prompt appears and says Database Error. Please, Try Again Later.
Is this typical ? How much later is Later ?

...I'd say, make certain you're connected, and 'try again'.
Don't use the string beginning with CLO as the key; that's your account number, not the key.
I'm looking into this issue, Richard, thanks for your patience!

This is the first time I've heard of the 'Database Error'. Our DRM system is web based, are you connected to the interWeb?...I'd say, make certain you're connected, and 'try again'.

We've opened a ticket at our DRM and haven't heard back yet. I've emailed the CEO and we'll see where this goes.
I am very sorry about this; it's actually the first real issue with the service[once I open the GG emails with purchase details]. I've reset hardware link for a few customers, but never had a key not register to their database. Does your firewall know about intelliprotector? Just a quick guess.

Not yet, Richard; and I'm now very frustrated....We've opened a ticket at our DRM and haven't heard back yet. I've emailed the CEO and we'll see where this goes.

Yeah, firewalls, and internal security preventions might be preventing the program from connecting to the web to allow it to register, Also if you are running a firewalled router, it might be preventing you from being able to register as well. You might have to just tone down the security on your system and network momentarilly to allow the registration to go through.... ~the more plumming there is, the easier it is stop up the drain ~ Scottie : Star Trek : In Search of Spock
As Rex said, be sure to enter your name, and the code, in the registration location, inside the program, try not to copy the carriage returns when you do a copy, nor any spaces before or after the code. (am guilty of this on occation myself)
