FBX Rig for LW, Max and Maya

Here is an FBX Rig that I have been working on and using to go from Lightwave, Max and/or Maya to Motion Builder. Universal Rig that allows me to use Motion Builder to apply Motion Capture Data and then bring it to either Lightwave, Max and/or Maya.

I don't know if this will go into Blender but if anybody can try that would be great.
