Do the Torsion (Indie) and Torsion (Commercial) licenses have the same contents?

I'm starting soon a very little Indie company, and I need to get Torsion to debug my current project, but I can't see the difference between both licenses. Are they just the same, or is the Commercial version a more complete and powerful tool?

The product is the same, only the terms of the license are different. The Commercial license is a seat license that a company can reassign to their employees if they have a change in their team. The Indie is an individual license that can't be reassigned.

Developer A is using a copy of Torsion for your project. They leave in huff because you keep giving them tasks like "make it more awesome".

You hire Developer B. You can transfer the license to Developer B (and A cannot use it any longer).
