Weird screeching noise when running TGB (T2D) 1.7.5 Pro

When launching Torque Game Builder on my PC, it makes this funny and annoying noise. It's hard to explain, it's some kind of high-pitched screeching, and the most weird thing is that it seems to only happen in my screen: I disconnected the audio entrance from my PC and still continued. It also seems to be related with the color display on screen, because it becomes more noisy when the main color is white and almost silent when it is black. And it does not only happen when running TGB, it also happens when executing scenes or games created under the engine, and with other programs like TimelineFX Editor. Someone knows why does this happen to me? I'm afraid this affects my games if exec'd in other PCs.
Some basic info about my PC, just in case it's related to this issue i'm experiencing:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
Asus custom Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 DirectCU II, 1280Mb GDDR5 DirectX11
(screen) BenQ E2220HD 22'' LCD FullHD - resolution set at 1920x1080

Check your ratings, test with a different power supply.

Its more likely to be your power supply, high end graphics cards to tend to push the limits of the 12v rails on most power supplys, even some good ones, caused usually by cheaper components used in the contruction of the power supply.Check your ratings, test with a different power supply.

I'll try to find a new power supply. My computer is new, so it can't be due to some broken component (I guess). Also, my power supply is almost $200, I would be disappointed if it had some cheap components... I'll contact the manufacturer, and see what they tell me (I bought the different parts of my PC separately and assembled them myself, maybe I did something wrong).

If its the power supply, it could be as simple as the wiring set up, if you use a splitter instead of separate rail connectors for example, if you have a modular power supply make sure that your graphics card is fed by 2 distinct connections from the PSU to the card

Ok, problem solved. It is some kind of weird issue with the nVidia GTX 500 series cards, the solution is as simple as enabling the VSync via the nVidia control panel for the software that gives us this particular problem. All credits to Chris from GarageGames.
