Torque X CEV activations

Hey guys,
as you have realized I'm quite slow activating newcomers. This isn't just because I'm busy (and I am!) but also for security reasons. It has happened a few times that a person buys Torque X and asks access to the CEV, then a couple of days after that he ask a refund to GarageGames.
This is quite difficult to track. GG's people keep me posted about Torque X refunds, but they are busy as well, so it can take time and it might be overlooked as well, so I have to keep an eye over a couple of weeks on each newcomer's forum badge... but I can forget... I've my hands quite full.
Thus, newcomers will be granted access to the CEV after no less than a couple of weeks from their purchase date, this to reduce the problems.

Torque Owner Victor Ferenzi
Quite a while ago I asked to be added to the Torque X CEV. I purchased my products between 2008 and 2009. I ask GarageGames to send me my account information but was informed that it was no possible. I guess due the the changes in ownership. I still have my account on the web site and can get to all my purchases for download.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know the status of my request.
