How much will it cost after the discount and a question about the script editor

Hi there,

I want to buy Torque 2D but I won't have enough money till monday :). So I'm wondering how long the price will stay at 99$ and what it will be after the 99$ promotion is over.

So what is the "normal" price for Torque 2D and 3D?

And another question is about the Script editor. I saw that you can buy an Torque Script IDE but doesn't the Torque tools itself include an simple syntax highlighting editor?

Thanks a lot :)!

P.S. Sorry for my bad english, i'm from germany :).

No idea on pricing sorry, I don't think it has been announced yet, so Monday will probably be ok, hopefully GG can confirm.

No T2D does not include a script editor, you can use your preferred text editor however as you correctly point out it probably doesn't do highlighting. If you want highlighting (along with other features) Torsion is currently on sale.

Hope this helps.

Sure no problem. The $99 price will still be available on Monday. We will announce the price change in the future and give everyone plenty of warning to purchase the engine at the discounted rate.

At one point Torque 3D Professional was $1000 but that will not be the case for the new price.

The price will still be $99 on Monday. We haven't announced when the sale will be over yet, but that announcement will be coming soon. As for what the price will be afterward, we're still working out what it will be but it will be affordable and nowhere near $1,000.
