Preview Image problem when submitting a new Resource

While preparing a new Resource when it came to the Preview page, I was presented with the screen to crop/prepare the Preview Image. The Preview Image that was displayed was not the only selected to use with the Resource, in fact it belonged to the Preview Image that belonged to a prior Resource.
Another problem is that when selecting Cancel, since it was the wrong Preview Image, instead of reverting back to the prepare/edit/preview Resource page it sent me to the Edit My Profile page.

Some further notes this go around:

Bumping this since the problem has now occurred again. Some further notes this go around:
- The image to crop was the wrong image I attempted to upload. It shows me an image submitted for a previous Resource.
- If the image to upload met the max size criteria, it still showed me the crop image page with the incorrect image. In previous Resource submission a supplied image of the correct size bypassed the crop page.
- When trying to make use of the Preview Image feature, and it failed, I noticed that when editing/previewing the Resource that it was then considered a Blog. Without using a Preview Image, the Resource was still considered a Resource regardless of number of edit/previews.

Because resources are actually blogs under the hood this most likely is due to the blog preview image issue. Not sure where things are with that one. Time to poke a web dev.
