Neither the website nor the products are working for this new customer.

*Before I say any of this, I would like to say that I believe GarageGames is a fantastic company with a great vision and affordable solutions. I do not want to come off as the disgruntled customer or whiny forum poster. Also, extra special thanks to David Montgomery-Blake for being so kind and prompt.*
UPDATE: They are backed up in the process of reactivating accounts as their web software failed to perform backups as necessary, but they are actively working on everyone's account.
I am at the end of myself. I cannot access my account and so I made this one in order to get some answers.
I recently paid for Torque 2D, the platformer starter kit, and Torsion, yet no matter what I do, input will not work. Even when I just play test the demo games without altering them, input from my keyboard does nothing at all.
I am unable to access the website at all as when I try to log in, it says "database error" and to contact support, except I contacted support on Monday and here it is Friday and I still can't log in.
I have lost an entire work week of progress and essentially don't own the license to any of these products I paid hundreds of dollars for. I tried to email Sales for a refund and I received a message saying:
"We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (sales) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:
* You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly.
* The owner of the group may have removed this group.
* You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post.
* This group may not be open to posting.
If you have questions related to this or any other Google Group, visit the Help Center at http://www.google.com/support/a/torquepowered.com/bin/static.py?hl=en_US&page=groups.cs.
"
I visit that address and it takes me to what is essentially a blank page.
When I try to reset my account password, a blank yellow box appears at the top of the site, and no email is ever sent.
Is there anyone who can help me or explain why nothing I try to access in terms of products or website are working? And why support is not fixing my login? I would VERY MUCH like a refund for the products I bought last week and cannot even use, but apparently the sales department doesn't exist.
Many many thanks to anyone who can help me.
*Again, this is not my account, but one I made in order to post to the forums until I regain my own.*

Hey there, we've talked in e-mail quite a bit over the last couple of days. I sent you another e-mail about this issue.

I understand that they might have to reactive a considerable number of amounts, but it has already been about 2 weeks. I am quite frustrated to say the least.

Unfortunately, I am currently experiencing the same problem. I sent my e-mail to support@garagegames.com on July 7, 2011. So far, I have not been able to get my account reactivated with my purchase. Even worse, I never even got a chance to download the itorque engine before the website deleted my account.I understand that they might have to reactive a considerable number of amounts, but it has already been about 2 weeks. I am quite frustrated to say the least.

I'm having a problem running Torque2D editor under Windows 7, as Torque2D doesn't seem to compensate for Windows 7 window stretching (similar to resize, but not the same). The application does work and I can use, however it is diffcult as the mouse pointers representation inside the torque app is wrong. I would like to say that I also have Torque3D and I have had no trouble with that app.

So the issue with the accounts. Just reply to this thread or send an email to support with information about your account including Transaction number or date and amount of purchases and we should be able to help you. Let me know if you have further problems and I will personally assist you.
