T3D/2D Public Forums - Lack of Visibility - LOGGED (GGC-846)

The T3D/2D Public Forums are currently tucked away and at the bottom of the forum listing. Because of this, they quite often ignored by current owners who can help, and people working with the demos often post in General because they can't easily find the public forums (and are promptly ignored for posting in the wrong section.)

I suggest bringing the T3D, T2D, and iT2D public sections up to the top, before Artist Corner. Perhaps then re-naming the Engines section to something like Previous Engines.
