Brief description:
We are looking for additional team members who are professional and dependable.
We are now into full development on "Gates of Eternity" a sci fi based RPG and are looking to add new team members to help us push through to release.
We have a very relaxed team structure and encourage learning while performing development tasks.

Compensation:
This is a "royalty-upon-release" game development opportunity. No dues will be paid to any team member until the game is released and royalties have been collected.
The foremost compensation each team member receives is real game development experience on a title that will ship, as well as direct input on the creative process.
Please do not apply if you are a small development team looking for a duel partnership or individual freelancers who are looking for a paid position.

Technology:
We are working with the Torque 3D Engine and aiming for a release on PC (eventually a Mac port at a later date).

Talent needed:
1- Torque Level Designer (Must have prior experience with T3D or TGE).
1- Character Concept Artist (Looking to add one additional concept artist who can match the quality and style of our already developed character and monster concepts).
2- Character/Monster Modelers (Concepts are waiting! Applicants can be generalists with minimal character modeling experience as long as they show positive modeling workflow).
1- Environment Modeler (Applicant portfolios that shows villages, towns and building/structure examples will be given priority consideration).
1- Texture Specialist (High quality, environment texturing experience will be paid particular attention but modelers and concept artists with good texturing ability will also be considered).

Additional Info:
All artists are encouraged to review each others work on our development forums and upload weekly progress updates onto the boards for critique and review.

Our development pipeline currently allows our artists to work directly in their specialist areas of expertise, but also allows artists to work in other areas of interest if desired.

Artists are required to have a portfolio or at least 8-10 samples of their work including wireframe and shaded mesh examples to be considered. Previous indie game development experience desired, but not required.

Additional details about Gates of Eternity will be given to applicants who are selected to join the team.

Hello! I'd love to join the team as an environment artist. I previously ran my own project and can tell you more about that unfortunate failure if you'd like to hear it, but id rather discuss it in voice.

I am a new 3d artist, but I have work I can show you and a passion to learn that I'm sure will go a long way in my developing career in game design.

I also have a good camera and could take pictures for use in texture work, though im no texture artist.

My best work will no doubt be in 3d, but I do have a college and professional background in software design / programming. So, maybe I could lend a hand there a little if needed.

Just saw this thread.
I have a Bachelors in Game Art.
I have experience with Torque 3D and many of the tools here.
I own licensed copies of Autodesk's Entertainment creation suite as well as Zbrush UVLayout and other tools for just about any kind of art.
I am fluent in low poly and edge flows. I have a background in programming as well. If there are any TD type jobs available or you just need extra help on game assets, please let me know.
