Dragontemplate doesn't exit in datablock?

by Eliezer Cardona · in TGB Platformer Kit · 06/19/2011 (8:08 am) · 2 replies

Hi I Just bought this TGB Platformer Kit and after 2 days of alot of trial and error ready to give up. I don't see any Dragon template in the data-blocks but I see different as PlayerActorBaseTemplate and DragonActorTemplate and more . Also It does't want to give me any option in the spawn point target Object: . SO my player appear in the sky but doesn't to nothing if i add the player control doesn't move either if I add actor object it would just move to the right. I am using TGB 1.7.4. in case any one is wondering.

Any help would be beneficial to my progress? Also if any one recorded them selves doing a tutorial video would like to see it for extra help. I am new to TGB but I been practicing around a bit. Also is there a upto date documents, Ibeen having issues to have my project to start.

Where abouts are you getting "DragonTemplate" from? I can't see that referenced in the documentation. If it is, then it appears to be an error.

The TDN documentation should be enough to get you started:

I'm in the same boat with Eliezer. Can't get it to show my player/actor, if you add the spawnpoint behavior the actor just vanishes.
