TT registration error

Hello,
We have been having a few issues with thinktanks registration. When a Thinktankerer enters their registration code from GG, a message appears after it says, attempting to validate. It says "Unable to find server, check internet connection and try again." Did GG pull the online registration server? We have old players trying to put TT on their computer again and are unable to access the online function of thinktanks. Is there a way to solve this issue?
I sent a few emails to active GG employees on this board although several bounced back,

Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried it multiple times. I have even tried it on a different computer. I have even attempted to fix someone elses computer by using their key and it doesn't work. It's like the server that checks the reg code when the user inputs it is down.

The server is pinging correctly and up. I registered Torsion but ThinkTanks and MarbleBlast are having difficulty.

Can you guys look into it? We have some new/old players returning that are having trouble as they cannot register their game to play. Thanks

We have been looking into it, assuming it can be fixed at all it's not something that will be able to happen overnight. This why we've pulled the few games we still sell in the store for now until it's fully functioning again.

Can you guys post when this is resolved. Think Tanks could not open after upgrading from Mac OS 10.6.7 to 10.6.8 so I had to reinstall then tried to activate Think Tanks and the activation server wasn't working.Will keep checking this thread to see if it is resolved.

With a little bit of black magic, some minor miracles and some help from Sickhead Games, our web dev was able to bring ignition back online.Also, don't forget that there's always the offline registration link if you have registration problems www.garagegames.com/ignition.
