I want to see pacific Demo with World Editor mode

could just move the all assets etc over to the full sdk enel

It's in part2 of the T3D 1.1 download - drops into "Demo" folder.

That wouldn't work because I stripped out all the tools from the packaged demos. ;)

As Steve said, Pacific and SectorT3D are in the 2nd part of the download. Because of the size, we made the demos their own installer that will install them to your Torque 1.1/Demos folder.
Check out the new docs for more details.

oh righty, i didnt even realise the downloads had been changed to 2 parts, inclusive of the demos
