I desire more mouse control...

As I rush to fix the last few problems, I begin to focus on desires. It has become apparent to me that there are a few mouse binds that reside in the binary. Can anyone clue me in to how I can recover the ability to bind mouse3? or point me to a resouce with such info? Thanks in advance!
