EULA error (I believe)

First off, hello! I just purchased Torque 2d and joined the community - looks like an amazing program and I can't wait to get in way over my head.
On the important note, reading through the EULA during checkout I noticed a line that read: "3.3.4. notify GarageGames in writing that You are publicly releasing a Product that that was developed using the Software within 30 of the release."
I could be wrong but I felt obligated to bring it to your attention just in case. I feel as though that line should read "3.3.4. notify GarageGames in writing that You are publicly releasing a Product that(two "that's" here before) was developed using the Software within 30 days/hours/etc. of the release."
Anyway, hopefully I'm not being a total moron here, hehe :P. I'm excited to get involved in the community!
