L3DT and ground cover - RESOLVED

I made a new terrain in L3DT to replace the one I had in a level. When I brought it in I had to rotate it to get it in the right place. Now it doesn't accept any groundcover. The groundcover just doesn't show up anywhere. Does anyone have any experience with this?

EDIT: I just remembered I have the terrain in a fresh level where I tested it first. I had it rotated to match the rest of my levels. I tried to add ground cover. No go. Then I set the rotation back to 1 0 0 0 and the ground cover was magically there. So it's definitely due to the rotation.
I'll try rotating the ground cover to the same settings as the terrain and see if that fixes it.
Nope, that didn't work.
Anyone got any other ideas?

I had a complete level. I created a new terrain in L3DT. Then, if I remember right, I went into the mission file and copy pasted my old terrain block data and changed the name to the new one so I had both terrains in the the level at once. Then I rotated and positioned the new terrain to match up as close as possible with the old terrain. Once in place I deleted the old terrain. None of the ground cover was on the new terrain. I deleted the old ground cover. Then I replaced all the textures, moved all my models into place to adapt to the new terrain. then I tried to add new ground cover.EDIT: I just remembered I have the terrain in a fresh level where I tested it first. rotate everything at same time so that the terrains back at 1 0 0 0 lined up properly and the ground cover works ? only work around solution I can think of at the moment.

I ended up rotating everything in L3DT then exporting the ter again from there. Then brought it back into my level and repositioned it and now it works fine. I lost a day retexturing and figuring out the solution. The moral of the story is, don't rotate your terrains once in T3D or the ground cover won't work.
