Just starting.. can I use TorqueX 3.1 or should I use CEV? [resolved]

I have the XNA 4.0 Framework installed currently and got a tutorial game together and running on my retail XBox. But for the full game that I want to make(a 2D RPG), I think I'd benefit from using TorqueX 2D. Upgrading from 3.1 to CEV 4.0 looks a little complicated though.
So I have 3 questions:
1. Can I release an indie XNA game using ToqueX 3.1? Does it support everything it needs to support?
2. If I stay with Torque 3.1 do I need to un-install the 4.0 XNA framework, and re-install 3.1 XNA Framework?
3. What do I gain from upgrading to Torque CEV 4.0?
Thanks!

And it answered my questions. Apparently I do need to use 4.0 to release an XBox indie game.
