Torque 3D PhysX demo issue

when i try to play the PhysX demo is says " Unable to load game library C:\Torque|Torque3D 2009 tools demo 1.0.1\Demo\PhysX\game\PhysX.dll. Please make sure it exists and the latest DirectX is installed"

i have the latest directX,what do i do to be able to play??

For the PhysX demo in 1.0.1 you must also have the Nvidia PhysX System Software installed.

I have the latest version of physx, and DirectX. I have the PhysX System Software installed, yet still can't use the PhysX Demo.

Could it be that I have an ATI Graphics card?

The card only makes a difference if you're running in hardware mode. PhysX runs in software mode when there isn't a supported device present, the default setting of T3D however is to run in software mode.
