PlatinumQuest isn't released and there's no set date for it. The rumor is it will be released 2012-2013 but as said, the staff haven't set a date.

There is Marble Blast Platinum and you can download it from the aforementioned link by David.

No, it's a separate download and modification. Has no requirements for MBP.
