Suggestions for Control Method?

Hello guys, i'm a stranger here, but figured i'd post to see if anyone has an idea that can help me.

Last year I developed a rhythm game for a regional festival using TGB. Basically it was a sideway scroller guitar hero type game, but we used an emptied out accordion as a joystick. Put a mouse with an accelerometer in the moving part of the accordion to capture the motion and a canibalized keyboard under the actual keyboard for the accordion. I'll post pictures / videos later of the event.

Well, now to the issue at hand.

The game had a very good reception at the festival, and the client hired us to do a 'sequel' of sorts to it. But this year, he wants a full band. Basically the accordion, a one piece drum for the baseline, and a triangle. We are confortable with building the controllers, and can think of mechanisms, but I was looking perhaps for a more elegant solution to handling it then breaking up three different USB keyboards this time in order to gather the input. Does anyone have any idea of something, maybe using bluetooth that we could use?

Thanks in advance for any help,
Sérgio Massa
