T3D 1.0.1 - Adding Interior causes crash with NULL argument in shaderGen/shaderOp.cpp (GenOp::GenOp) - LOGGED (THREED-1730)

Platform: Mac OS X 10.6.6
Target: Interiors/Shader Generation

Issues: Insert an Interior in world editor. Await crash. This happens irrespective of whether or not a materials.cs has been created or the materials are being autogenerated.

Steps to repeat:
Download this zip, unzip into your art asset directory and attempt to insert one of the .difs from the World Editor. sfgp.cemetech.net/interior_samples.zip
