I dont have matrials for torque 3d plz help

I had the demo verison for 1.0.1 and i had all the materials i needed for rocks , grass , stone ect.. the i uninstalled and bought the $99 torque x 3d 1.0.1 and the only material it populates is this warning_material that is big and orange i tried to uninstall and reinstall is it me or is something wrong also can i pull my own layouts and use them as materials like make a color pic and pull it to torque x and use the layout color to add to objects
