We stopped working on it over a year ago once we moved to using Hero Engine and just don't have the time to work with both parties to try to get the licensing issues resolved. If they ever do get resolved it is as simple as getting it passed to the appropriate party to move forward with.

It is kind of complicated. PrairieGames does not own a copy of T3D (or at least before the changes in February) and thus we couldn't hand them over a copy of it due to license issues and they wanted to distribute everything from their website (which in part might not be possible in binary form under the new license).We stopped working on it over a year ago once we moved to using Hero Engine and just don't have the time to work with both parties to try to get the licensing issues resolved. We are stomping the bugs for the 1.1 final release right now. I'm putting more of the reported bugs into Jira and they are frantically working on them.
