Max 7 or 10 dts 24 exporter

All the exporters I've tried are (according to TGE) exporting dts's that are over 24. I have both max 7 and 10, and can't find a solution.
Does anyone have a working exporter for either of these versions of max that can export dts 24s?

Sure, it's a bit silly that I do this but there are much sillier things happening around here.
