plz help cannot get to install

Im trying to download the demo version I feel this will be a buy, I've downloaded all needed programs to the most recent updates. This is what i get tourqe x 3d builder has stopped working, also same for the 2d .
I have windows 7 64x with microsft xna game studio 4.0 and microsoft visusal studio 2010 express
and microst visual c# 2010 express thanks

First off, you need xna 3.1, as 4.0 is not supported...
...

second of all, you need visual 2008 for xna 3.1 to work. also, make sure you have have opengl installed.
