Texture Folder Error

I Had Just installed Windows 7 and reinstalled Constructor just fine, I just can't add new textures to newly created folders? I can add them to the existing ones though? I get the error "cannot add textures to this folder" when i create a new folder then click on the add texture button. Does anyone know if this is a windows 7 problem or is it something i have to do in preferences? I have installed 1.03 and it didn't work, then upgraded to 1.06 and still had gotten the same error. Any suggestions????
