Bought TGB but it dosn't show in my products

Hi,
I bought TGB 1.7.4 on 08/03/2010 but it is not showing in my products page.Today I went to purchase the adventure kit and the site wouldn't let me telling me that I had to purchase Torque2d. I have the reciept email from my TGB purchase if needed.Any help would be appreciated.

Well, this is certainly an odd one. Your profile shows you have T2D, and in the admin panel T2D still appears as a product you own. It's definitely not appearing in your product page though and that somehow disappearing has taken the ownership that the store checks against as well for prerequisites.

I'll pass this along so we can get you fixed up.

Hi All, I have experienced a similar problem. I have my receipt as well, but I just bought the product (Torque 2D Pro). I am now attempting to buy the TGB Adventure Kit, but it says I must own a product (that I do own) to download it. I will attempt to purchase again in the future in case there is just some lag, please let me know if there is something I can do to resolve this.

@K3: Try the support link under Company->Contact Us. They're not watching the forums that carefully during the weekends, but e-mailing them about it gets it right to the right people's inbox :)
