The following functionality is affected by this issue:
Play Game
Gui Editor
World Editor
So far this issue is explained within the following thread:
http://www.garagegames.com/community/forums/viewthread/114011
As it is such an old post and I am experiencing the exact same issue as the OP of that thread with the exact same hardware setup I am looking for either a work around or advice on how to handle this issue from GG.
It seems that the issue is surrounding the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 however this is unconfirmed.
My system specs are as follows:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.101026-1503)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 720 @ 1.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~1.6GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5800 Series
I have tried the following to remedy this issue without success:
Rolling back ATi Drivers
Reinstalling DirectX 11
Obtaining all available windows updates
Turning off and even removing all Antivirus software
Turning off UAC
Due to this issue I am unable to use this product for anything other then running the demos using the "Play in Web" option. I'm not really irritated just hoping to find a work around so I can port my MMO from another engine and get to work.
