Torsion Output Pane Oversized

In an attempt to stretch the output pane in torsion, I evidently made it too large. Now the top of the pane is not visible and can't be made smaller. This has the effect of hiding the source pane underneath. I have tried closing the project, resizing the window, showing/hiding the output pane, uninstall/reinstall torsion, and searching the registry for torsion specific startup data. All to no avail.

Anyone know where the start up settings are located? Registry? File?

Any other ideas?
