TorqueGameBuilder.exe version details in 1.7.5 for windows

I was looking at the version information for the TorqueGameBuilder.exe from the latest 1.7.5 pro install for windows and its 1.5.0.0 for the product and file version. Was this intended?
Just looking for a little insight on this. I didn't know if it was an oversight.
I actually just checked and the version is defined in a resource file in the source code and is also 1.5.0.0, in this 1.7.5 install.
I am a little confused about this. I have yet to dive into actual source much, as I am trying to develop some basic mechanics in my test games without doing so.
