T3D 1.1 Beta 3 - Water foam not rendering - RESOLVED

Windows XP 32bit
GTX 460 video card

Water foam in any water body does not render where the water meets the shore or any objects. And the water "whitecaps" appear very weak compared to earlier versions of T3D.

To reproduce, simply put down a water body where it intersects the terrain (like you normally would) and try to turn on the foam.

Fixed in 1.1 Final. (Should be in the Preview as well)
