I bought Torque3D but I couldn't login to my account to download

hi,
I just bought your Torque3D yesterday. I had full receipt and email confirmation of purchases. When I tried to login to download the package, your site doesn't seem to allow me to login, I remember my password is correct. Then, I did a password reset, got an email providing me a link to reset password, I follow the procedure, reset my password and yet I still can't login.
Where can I get support for this? My email login is mika.li@me.com

i had to re-register a new account to post this question. :-) but i need my original account which I used to purchase Torque 3D so i can download the package.

You should have received an activation e-mail. It may have gone to your spam folder. Regardless, I have activated your account manually.

yes, i got that email. and i had clicked on the activation link. it brought me to your page, but then i still couldn;t login. tell me what happened? and i can produce my receipt. i use the account "mika.li@me.com" to purchase.

I have already activated your account. You should be able to login now.

Tried changing my password, sends me the email to change it and everything, tried clicking the activation link in the email again, but still just says account is not active when I try and log in.
The account uses crowley91@gmail.com if that helps.
