#1 Contracts for many products expired, since they were with IAC and not GG. Might return once it's sorted.

#2 Garage Games has taken down the kit with no explaination to me as to why. I have yet to be able to get into contact with anyone on this matter.

Now, i'm assuming this is because the kit was for TGEA 1.8 not T3D.

#3 I was really looking forward to this kit when money came around and was bummed when I saw it down. It would be awesome to see one for T3D being that AFX is on T3D now.

#5 If Tim and I can come to some arrangement RE the T3D version of the software, it may be possible for me to host the version until GG puts the stuff back on the site.

Since this was a purchased software from the store that had requirements I cannot simply hand the software out without Tim's OK that it is alright for me to do so.

just wanted to give you the heads up that i'm working on getting the kit back up on the store. Once this is done there is also a good chance that i may port to the kit to T3D since it's on sale for 99 dollars.

I just thought I would follow-up with this as I would be interested in purchasing this kit should it come out in the next month or so to save me some time on my project.

Any update on a possible release, or if you are getting things sorted out with "the other company"?

#10 @ Matt- I would like to bring the kit back to life. but due to the legal situation i cannot. I have been thinking about making another kit that would be similar to this kit though, but i have no solid information other than its on the "want to do" list.
