WTF is going on did IT gimp the server on the way out?

what is going on with this website. The character limits are wrong. Half the time the thing eats ur post. Did the IT guys gimp the TP website on the way out the door? it is like the site was migrated to a 486 before they left.

Probably moved the site to their official company laptop, and took the server home for a doom tourney server :)

I'm obviously just kidding before the trolling starts...
