[It's possible?]Convert TorqueX2D's game code to XNA 4.0

Yes there is a way to do it. The community has been working on a port of the engine to xna 4.0. See this blog post for details on taking part in the beta: http://www.torquepowered.com/community/blogs/view/20407

(you will need the full version of Torque X that has the source code so that you can be allowed to download the beta engine)

I have to buy the 99$ or the 199$ version?
EDIT: Have you tried the 4.0 version?
Have it a lot of problems?
I cannot understand a thing, when I'll have the full version on TorqueX where's the download link?

You have to buy the $199 version. I've been working with 4.0 for a while now and it's working pretty well. I ported my project over with minimal changes.

You will need to contact Pino, I think his e-mail is in the blog post. He will then add you to the subversion repository group so you can download the latest version of the port.
