Blog Character Limit Reduced

The number of characters allowed in a reply post to a blog/resource has been drastically reduced. Needs to be returned to the normal limit.

Resources are still technically blogs behind the scenes, but thanks for the reminder. That slipped my mind. Noted in OP.

We think it has something to do with us reducing the minimum number of characters for Eric's short blog. Something may have been hot wired to the two values. We aren't sure yet

The issue seems to have been resolved. Thought I'd say thanks to the web team :)
