Added an animation, bones that arent animated move

Hello everyone, I was trying to add a new animation to the medieval character pack model. I successfully added it and it looks correct in 3dsmax. The animation node works but when I go to actually use the animation the right leg freaks out and becomes distorted and slides to the left side of the character, I didnt even touch that bone but its sure moving with a mind of its own. Any advice would be helpful. (I am using Max 8)

when I say 'actually use the animation' I mean look at in the show tool or in torque itself.
