Action/Adventure RPG Game similar to

My favorite games are the Tenchu Games, Onimushu Games, God Of War and the Tekken Games.

I would like to create a game similar to the Tenchu series or maybe something like Heavenly Blade.

My 2 last choices for game engine wise is Unity 3d or Torque 3D

I tried the UDK but I dont believe its the engine I need.

Also I want to play In Game Movies at the very begining and throught my games levels.

Also What is the polycount limit?

I currently have 3ds max 2010 and vue xstream 8.5
