Kickvote and other admin functions

One problem I've noticed with ThinkTanks is that there's no way to quickly and painlessly get rid of a jerk who's ruining a game (which seems to be happening a lot lately).
My suggestion is to implement a kickvote feature similar to what many other games have.
For instance: you hit F2, it brings up a list of the players and "Vote to kick"/"Cancel" buttons, you select the annoying player, hit "Vote to kick", and if 60% or so of the people on that specific server also vote to kick that player, they are booted until the next map change.
This would be extremely handy when playing on any of the 24/7 dedicated servers out there.
The GUI developed for this could also be easily adapted for a "Kick/Ban" feature for non-dedicated servers and an "Ignore" feature for any server (or possibly even "MapVote").
It would also be nice to have more control over the game settings for competitive play... things like specifying a time or scrum capture limit.
Apparently most of this is doable via scripting, but the average player like myself doesn't want to have to mess with stuff like that.
A patch to the game would be much simpler and would ensure that everyone would have access to the features.

2-A mute option (badly needed, some idiots wont stop spamming)
3-Autokick if person teamkills more than 'x' times in 'x' timeframe

I don't think a GUI is necessary so much as just the standard SAD privileges (kick & ban commands).

We are open to putting more community features in, but we ae very reluctant to add anything to the game that will increase complexity.
We do want the feedback to keep coming in on this, as I feel there is a good solution out there, but I don't think kick-vote is the right solution.
If everyone wants kick-vote, I am sure we can put it on the wish list for a future release, but I am going to need to be convinced with a compelling argument.
