T3D 1.1 Beta 3 - Portals Connecting Zones Fail to Render Objects Correctly - LOGGED

T3d 1.1 beta 3
Win7 32bit
Target
Zones and Portals
Issue(s)
Issue1:
A portal which is connecting 2 zones fails to render objects inside one of those zones correctly at many angles, even though it should be clearly visible.
Issue2:
A portal which is connecting 2 zones fails to render objects through another portal (this portal connected to only one zone - like a window) when the camera moves into/through the connected portal.
Just realized that I haven't tried to see if other objects inside the zone also vanish when this happens - knock yourself out.
Vid in 3 sections: Start shows issue1, Middle shows issue2, End shows single zone connected portal working correctly.
Repeat
Set up 2 zones, connected with one portal (so it turns green), and another portal on the other size of one of the zones. Stick objects inside the zones and outside the portal window. Look through at different angles.
Suggest
Objects visible through (connected) portals should always render. Objects shouldn't vanish when the player walks into a portal.
I had thought that this had been fixed in 1.1b2 - but I could be wrong there [edit - yep I am wrong - wasn't fixed] --- either way it looks more bust now than it was when reported in 1.1a

Is it possible to tell if this is going to be fixed and if so when, because I have to make some decisions regarding level-design and the use or no use of portals/zones.Thanks.

(It's been known that these entities have issues.)

This needs to be a top priority IMO.(It's been known that these entities have issues.)

Yes. If T3D is not going to receive better occlusion features, then please make sure the Zones and Portals work correctly.
