Now TorqueX2D have a 50% discount.
I want to buy it but...when the update for TorqueX with XNA 4.0 will be released I will have to buy a new full price licence?

IIRC they are making a new XNA engine, which you have to buy but receive a discount if you already own Torque X. Think TGB and the new Torque 2D or TGEA and T3D
