What are the limitations of the demo version of Torque 3D vs the full version?...

I believe that there is a cap on how many objects you can have in a level in the demo. You're not licensed to make a game with the demo.

T3D "full version" comes in 2 versions - Binary and Pro.

Pro comes with source code and access to the alpha/betas.
Binary doesn't - though apparently Binary will be getting a version of 1.1 beta 3 soon.
