Family pack for xbl could this mean another price cut for us?

So basically, we can get 4 gold accounts for the price of two... meaning, I can dev on 4 consoles with a multi player game, for the price of just two? I guess I would still have to have 4 creators club memberships, four consoles, and four tvs, but still, this sounds pretty good.
