Torque Toolbox Settings are kept within?

When I launch the Toolbox, and click Play Game, I am generating an error, thus:
"File does not exist: C:/Torque/AFX2 for T3D Pro 1.1 B3/My Projects/B5/TWB4.exe"
I'm certain this has something to do with me moving files around porting from B2, but I can't seem to get around it or find a configuration file with this information. The path is right, but the project name is the B2 version. The project launches normally if launched from the executable in the graphical file manager.
Does anyone know where the Toolbox is keeping the path information used by the Play Game button?
