T3D 1.1 Beta 3 - WInd Emitter Does Not Function -RESOLVED

World Editor -> levle -> environment -> wind emitter

Issue:
Wind Emitters appear to be broken in b3.

Repeat:
Open up the World Editor and via library->level->environment stick in a wind emitter (make sure you have a stock tree in level for it to fail to affect!). Nothing happens, where as in b2 the tree would go wobbly in the wind.

Suggets:
Make trees wobble on a windy day.

*cough* forgot Forest items only ... doh!

You do have the tree in there as part of a Forest right? Because the wind emitter only affects Forests and it seems to be functioning for me.
