Can't Figure the Splash Screen

I am using TGE 1.5.2 and am constructing a game level for a school project. It must have a splash screen, main menu/start screen and a Game Over/Win screen. I am building it in the Tutorial Base and I have working the Start Screen and the Game Over Screen and I have them being executed in the main.cs. Any programmers with some example code for comparison would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
